Yes. Through DOM's bank network, mortgage approval takes as little as 3 weeks. We assess eligibility together in your free consultation.
Acquisition tax is 1.1% for apartments under ₩600M. Annual property tax is approximately ₩100,000–₩300,000, paid in July and September.
For new-build purchases — entirely free. The developer pays the agent commission. For secondary market and sales, fees are discussed upfront.
Final signing requires your presence. All research and preparation can be done remotely. Most clients close within a 1–2 week visit.
